Retainer

As a retainer client, one of our certified staff members is assigned to your organization as your "part-time" human resource professional and is on-site at your facility.  The assigned staff member is supported by other DHR staff, each bringing their own unique blend of experiences and talents to help make your organization a leader in developing and implementing effective human resource policies, programs and procedures.

Project

DHR can assist your organization with any kind of HR-related project ranging from conventional human resource issues to challenging and unique special needs.  Our staff of certified professionals has the knowledge and experience to compliment your existing staff during periods of start-up, transition, or "overload" periods, or when an impartial third party is preferred.

Training

DHR's staff has developed programs designed to cover a wide range of supervisory/management/employee training needs.  We meet with your staff prior to program delivery so that each presentation has been "tailored" to fit your specific business needs.
